If you cancel the tour before 72 hours, we will refund 100% of the deposit to you. And nowadays, not only in Vietnam but also globally, climate change makes it difficult for us to apply weather to tour issues.
However, if there is heavy rain or a storm that prevents the tour from departing, we will refund 100% of the tour cost to the customers. And if it is raining but the tour can still depart, we will provide customers with raincoats and shoe covers. Because the weather may be rainy at the starting point of the tour, but in another province or city, the weather is beautiful and sunny, so the journey continues until it ends.
